- Credit terms, if applicable, will be subject to prior approval and agreement.
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Orders must meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements defined for each product or category.
- Orders below MOQ may not be processed or may incur additional charges.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed only after acceptance by the company.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to stock availability or other operational reasons.
- Cancellation requests must be made within a specified timeframe before dispatch.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and order size.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during order confirmation.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging for eligibility.
8. Warranty & Liability
- Products are covered under standard warranty terms, where applicable.
- The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
9. Compliance
- Buyers must comply with all applicable laws, including GST and regulatory requirements.
- Products supplied adhere to relevant quality and safety standards (e.g., BIS where applicable).
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product designs, and brand assets remain the property of the company and cannot be used without prior written consent.
11. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts.
13. Amendments
The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
