Promotional Credit – Terms of Usage
The following terms and conditions govern the use of Promotional Credits issued by Tramontina India ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By using a Promotional Credit, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. What is a Promotional Credit?
Promotional Credits (“T-Credits”) are non-cash benefits issued by Tramontina India as part of marketing campaigns, customer engagement, referrals, or service recovery.
- 1 T-Credit = ₹1
- Credits can be redeemed only on the official Tramontina India website
2. Eligibility & Issuance
- Credits are issued at the sole discretion of Tramontina India
- Credits are linked to a registered user’s account (email/mobile)
- Credits are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, gifted, or shared
3. Redemption & Usage
- Credits can be used only on eligible products on the Tramontina India website
- Minimum order value (MOV): ₹1,200
- Customers can use up to 10% of the cart value via credits
- Maximum redemption per order is ₹2000 (i.e., 2000 T-Credits)
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent
- Only one Promotional Credit benefit may be applied per order, unless stated otherwise
- Credits may not be combinable with certain coupons, offers, or promotions
4. Validity & Expiry
- Credits are valid for a limited period, as communicated at issuance
- Unused credits will expire automatically after the validity period
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- If an order using credits is cancelled or returned, credits will not be reissued
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only for the amount paid via the original payment method
- The Promotional Credit portion is non-refundable
6. Misuse & Fraud
- Tramontina India reserves the right to cancel credits, suspend accounts, or reverse transactions in case of misuse, fraud, or abuse
- Any attempt to manipulate or misuse credits may result in forfeiture without notice
7. Modification & Termination
- Tramontina India reserves the right to modify or terminate Promotional Credit programs or these terms at any time without prior notice
- Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
