    Tramontina Aura is a premium ceramic reinforced cookware range engineered for healthier, low-oil cooking. Built with cold-forged aluminium, the range delivers quick and even heat distribution for consistent results. The ceramic non-stick surface ensures smooth food release and easy cleaning, making it perfect for everyday Indian cooking styles like frying, sautéing, simmering, tadka and dosa preparation.

    Available in multiple sizes and sets—including fry pans, kadais, tawas, saucepans and casseroles—the Aura range features ergonomic stay-cool Bakelite handles, glass lids with steam vents and compatibility with gas, induction and all major cooktops. Aura brings durability, elegance and reliability to every kitchen.

    Care

    General Use & Maintenance Tips

    -Cook on low to medium heat for best performance and coating longevity.
    -Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils—avoid metal utensils.
    -Do not overheat an empty pan; always add oil or food first.
    -Store carefully to avoid surface scratches—prefer stacking with a soft cloth between pieces.

    Handwash Care

    -Allow the cookware to cool completely before washing.
    -Use a soft sponge or nylon scrubber with mild dish soap.
    -Avoid using steel wool, metal scrubbers or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the ceramic non-stick coating.
    -For stubborn residue, soak the cookware in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes before cleaning.
    -Dry thoroughly after washing to maintain the finish and prevent water spots.

    Dishwasher Care

    -Aura cookware is dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the ceramic non-stick coating.
    -Place cookware away from sharp utensils to avoid scratches during the wash cycle.
    -Use gentle or eco-mode wash cycles if available.
    -Avoid high-temperature drying cycles, as repeated exposure may shorten coating life.
    -After dishwasher cleaning, wipe the surface lightly with a soft cloth to remove any detergent residue.
